Cynthia Opie is a Principal with Avenue ISR. She has over 15 years of experience in helping organizations understand, develop, and implement customer-driven brand and marketing strategies. Her experience includes work in insurance, financial services, education, and healthcare. She has led several projects which entailed the management of multiple stakeholder groups. She has a collaborative approach to project management which helps to keep the client team informed, involved and engaged. Prior to Avenue ISR she was an Engagement Manager at Prophet, a leading brand and marketing strategy consulting firm. There she helped clients with brand strategy development and implementation including creating relevant and unique customer value propositions, differentiating brands in increasingly crowded categories and developing go-to-market strategies. Some of Cynthia’s past clients include DePaul University, GE, Maidenform, and NCR. Cynthia received an MBA in marketing and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Michigan.
